TriSmart Training Systems, LLC has developed training plans for the self coached athlete. We have plans for all levels of athletes and all types of races. We have several plans specifically designed for local St. Louis area races as well. All of our plans use the same methods we use when creating training plans for our athletes including proper periodization, weekly scheduling, allocation of training to the three sports, workout selection, rest, and tapering to a race day peak.
These plans are designed to be best used with a heart rate monitor, although a heart rate monitor is not necessary. Each plan provides a description of the type of athlete best served by that plan. Each plan comes with a detailed set of instructions to help you follow and get the most out of your plan.
